Designed specifically for patients and caregivers, the conference will feature specialized breakout sessions, networking opportunities and presentations by leading researchers and medical professionals covering all major brain tumor types and stages of diagnosis.

Led by Industry Visionaries
The 2023 conference is co-chaired by Susan M. Chang, MD, of the University of California, San Francisco, and James K. C. Liu, MD, of Moffitt Cancer Center.
Susan is a Professor of Neurological Surgery at UCSF and Co-Leader of the Neuro-Oncology Program for the Helen Diller Comprehensive Cancer Center. She studies experimental brain tumor treatments and evaluates the use of novel imaging techniques as management tools.
In addition, Susan is medical director of the UCSF Neuro-Oncology Gordon Murray Caregiver Program, developed to address the needs of family members and others who care for patients with brain tumors. She is a Co-Director of the Sheri Sobrato Brisson Brain Cancer Survivorship Program to enhance the wellness of patients.
James is an Associate Member in the Department of Neuro-Oncology at the Moffitt Cancer Center and an Associate Professor in the Department of Oncologic Sciences at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. As a neurosurgeon, James specializes in surgical and radiosurgical treatment of brain and spine tumors. He also leads a translational research effort focused on understanding molecular mechanisms that drive the formation of brain tumors.
